About Meg

What she's done and how she does it

Acting History

Meg trained at Guildford School of Acting. Her rich and resonant voice has been honed in the theatres of the UK. After a National Tour with ‘The Magic Roundabout’, Meg appeared in La Cage Aux Folles in the Hexagon Theatre, Reading and the Wyvern Theatre, Swindon. Meg appeared in ‘London’s Burning’ for LWT. She has performed in the West End’s longest running play ‘The Mousetrap’ and at the Jermyn Street Theatre in ‘The Woman Who cooked her husband’. Meg completed a season at The Market Theatre in Hitchin in a variety of one act plays and played Amanda in ‘Private Lives’ at the Attic Theatre.
Always looking for a challenge, Meg performed in the one woman show ‘Unity’ at the Courtyard Theatre, London. This tour de force depicted the life of Unity Mitford and required enormous dexterity - playing the piano, dancing, speaking German, mime, singing and showing the mental decline of a notable, historic character. A fan of the classics, Meg was given the chance to play Lady Macbeth in 2013.
Since moving to France in 2014, Meg has used her performance skills to produce a variety of Voice Overs from her professional studio. Meg speaks excellent French and has been called upon to use this skill in her recordings.

Recording Equipment

Meg has a purpose-built studio, soundproofed and acoustically treated using absorption panels from GIK Acoustics, ensuring a clear, neutral sound that is perfect for onward production. She records into a Rode NT1 large-condenser microphone, feeding a MOTU audio interface. The final audio file may be delivered in any format you require, and delivered via FTP, Dropbox etc. The studio has the ability to connect via ISDN or ipDTL, allowing remote collaboration.
